About 2 a.m. one morning, a police officer watched a vehicle make a wide right turn out of a shopping center. The officer pulled in behind it and witnessed the driver swerve within the lane of travel, according to the report. At the next traffic light, the car made a U-turn and headed back to where the wide right-hand turn had been made.
